HOW I WORK

I work at the crossroads of physiotherapy and personal training.

In our first session, we:

  • assess your posture
  • look at fundamental movement patterns
  • create a clear baseline using notes and photos

From there, I build your sessions from exactly where you are now.

Training may include:

  • postural and corrective exercises
  • mobility and flexibility
  • strength to maintain improvements
  • breathing and nervous system regulation
  • simple awareness homework

PERSONAL TRAINING & PHYSIOTHERAPY

I focus on lifestyle changes and giving you small homework, because what we do together is only a small part of your week, the real change happens in your daily life.

My role is to be a mirror to your physical, mental, and emotional patterns,so that you and your body start to work together, not against each other.
