HOW I WORK

I offer one hour trainings that are tailored to you. To your goals, your needs, your desires, your previous history of movement or lack of and to your vision of the future.

I use different styles depending on what your needs are, some of these include:

  • Mobility
  • Myo-fascial release techniques
  • Activation exercises
  • Strength exercises, including: weight training, TRX, kettlebells, bodyweight training, functional patterns and pilates.
  • Pre-and Post-natal fitness

I will also be your nutrition and lifestyle coach. My approach here is sustainability. Creating small changes that can be done consistently and for a lifetime. Changes that won’t feel like chores, but like habits you’ve adopted because they help you reach your goals and feel your best.

You are as much a teacher to me as I’m to you. I might not know the answer to all your questions, but together we will search for the missing puzzle pieces, explore, test and do more of what is working for you.

I will give you the time and space to explore your body, your thought patterns, your habits. How can you improve these so you can move better through your daily chores, so you can make your workouts more effective, so you can reduce the chances of injury, so you can radiate through life and make others radiate because of you.
