Meet the person
behind the practice.
Zoë Hofstetter, physiotherapist and movement professional, with twelve years spent helping people trust their bodies again.
Twelve years reconnecting people with their bodies.
Zoë started out as a movement trainer, then went back to school to become a physiotherapist, merging clinical knowledge with movement expertise. Today her practice weaves several disciplines into one.
She works especially well with people managing postural issues, recurring injuries, long-term tension, the fear of re-injury, and anyone who simply wants to start again, properly.
One practice, woven from many.
A strong body isn't rigid. It bends with change, not a building resisting the wind, but a flag of strong cloth, proudly dancing in it.
She sees injuries as signals, not failures. Progress isn't a straight line, it ebbs and flows, with fluctuations and growth. Rebuilding trust in your body is a skill, and it can be learned.
