A body & life reset before fall begins. A small-group retreat at Comanche Bluff Ranch for people who feel like life has been moving fast for a long time and need space to reconnect with themselves before the next season begins. Coming late August 2026. Limited to 8 participants

And the chaos of life bulldozes the calmness of your holidays and your new goals and plans: Take two days to pause long enough to actually hear yourself think again.
A moment to observe where you are right now, reconnect with your body, reflect on what’s working and what isn’t, and enter the next season feeling clearer, calmer, and more in control of your own life and a body that no longer feels tense, exhausted, or ignored. So that you don’t feel like you instantly need another vacation right after coming back, but enter the A big part of feeling in charge of your life is feeling connected to your body.

This retreat creates space for exactly that.
THIS EXPERIENCE INCLUDES
Pilates and yoga-based movement sessions with hands-on personal corrections focused on posture, movement patterns, breathing, and proper muscle activation. Workshops on body awareness, stress, nervous system regulation, and how physical tension often reflects mental overload.
Reflection workshops where we look honestly at your current life, identify what feels out of alignment, and create a realistic plan for what comes next.
Time for connection, conversation, and community with other people navigating similar phases of life.
And time to simply slow down: pool, fresh air, movement, good food, rest, laughter, meaningful conversations, and space to think clearly again.
You’ll leave with:

OVER THE WEEKEND, WE MOVE THROUGH THREE PHASES
1. Awareness
Understand where you are right now. Through guided body scans, posture awareness, movement, and reflection, you’ll identify how you’re actually feeling, physically and mentally. Not how you think you “should” feel. How you truly feel right now.
2. Exploration
Identify what needs attention. Where is your energy leaking, what feels out of alignment, what is your body asking for and what needs support to move forward.
3. Direction
Create simple, realistic next steps based on your findings and brainstorming with the group.
